Silent genocide [ ፀጥተኛ የዘር ማጥፋት ወንጀል]
የአለም መንግስታት የሰብዓዊ መብት ኮሚሽን እንደሚገልፀው የፀጥተኛ የዘር ማጥፋት ወንጀል[ Silent genocide ] በአንድ አገር ወይም ህዝብ ላይ የሚፈፀም አሰቃቂ ድርጊት መሆኑን ያስረዳል።
ይህ ማለት ዜጎች በሚኖሩበት አካባቢ መሰረታዊ አገልግሎቶች እንዳያገኙ ማድረግ ነው።
እነዚህም ውሃ ማቋረጥና ዜጎች በሚኖሩበት አካባቢ ቁሻሻ ማከማቸትና በሚፈጠረው አደገኛ ወረርሽኝ በሽታ እንዲያልቁ ማድረግ ነው።
ይህ በአለማችን በተለያዩ አገሮች የተከሰተው አስከፊው የዘር ጭፍጨፋ ምክንያት በማድረግ የአለም የሰብአዊ መብት ኮሚሽን ከፍተኛ ወንጀል ደረጃ ላይ አስቀምጧል ።
የሐረር ህዝብ በዚህ መንገድ እየደረሰባቸው ያለው ፀጥተኛው የዘር ማጥፋት ዘማቻ እያወቁ የፌደራል መንግስት ለምን ዝምታን መረጠ? የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብት ኮሚሽን ምን እየሰራ ነው? የአገሪቱ ሚዲያዎች ለምን ትኩረት አልሰጡም?……
